ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic master’s student who is ready for the next step in their career. At Spectral, you will join the product team for our real estate software, Brighter. During your internship you will:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Measure the impact of existing and new product features on our key metrics through experimentation and post-launch analysis
• Conduct testing and gather feedback to inform product development
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements
• Analyze problems and issues using data to provide insight to drive business performance.

This position is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

ABOUT YOU

• You have completed your bachelor's degree
• You have either completed or are pursuing a master’s or higher degree in business, engineering, or data analytics
• You have a natural ability to transform data into business insights
• Someone who is a team player yet does not shy away from taking ownership of independent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrable experience with programming in Python; creating dashboards is a plus
• Appetite to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
