Installation Coordination Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Installation Coordination:

Responsible for coordinating all installations works
Planning internal installation resources
Coordination with clients in-house installers
Arranging access and security
Checking PPE requirements etc.
Coordination with a responsible person (IV’er) to arrange any circuits to be isolated as necessary.

Engineering:

Drawing and updating EMS control cabinet schematics
Write test plans for control cabinet testing eg. cable insulation resistance etc.
Write work orders and review safety hazard analysis
Checking compliance with NEN standards
Reviewing design drawings and work instructions for safety and installation feasibility

Procurement:

Create contracts with key suppliers
Negotiate discounts
Central point for purchasing of hardware

Reporting to: Technical Project Manager Team Lead

Team size: 5

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced electrical technician/engineer with hands-on experience with electrical installations.

MUST-HAVES

HBO Electrical Engineering
NEN-1010
NEN-3140
VCA
Dutch B2 or greater
English working proficiency
Experience with drawing electrical panel schematics in ACAD/EPlan

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with medium voltage installations
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
Experience with the Dutch grid and metering codes
Experience with purchasing of electrical hardware
Experience coordinating electrical installs
