Working closely with stakeholders and engineers within several Scrum teams, you will take full, hands-on ownership of multiple products, shaping their vision, definition, development and maintenance. More than that, you will be given the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Spectral’s growth as a product organization, shaping our structures and processes to ensure they align with best practices.

You are a passionate and experienced product owner looking to shape the products and Agile practices of a fast growing scale-up. You are driven, organized and methodical. You have great critical thinking and communication skills, asking the right questions to clearly identify and define problems and develop effective solutions.
5+ years of experience as a product owner
Experience with Agile methodologies, including the use of tools such as Jira or Asana and demonstrated ability in writing functional requirements and user stories
Experience with B2B products – in particular, experience with applications dealing with historical and real-time operational/monitoring data would be a great advantage
Experience within the energy sector or degree in related fields (e.g. electrical engineering) – familiarity with concepts around energy generation, distribution and storage systems or energy markets is highly desirable
Working knowledge of software development processes, cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS, etc.) and software architecture
Fluent in English
